A report from Hamilton states that when addressing a convention of the Union of Canadian Municipalities", the Mayor (Mr. H. IV. Cater) of Brandon. Manitoba,, declared that the economic loss to Canada, through unemployment was 10,000,000 dollars- per month. He estimated that those out of work numbered 200,000.
