WHARF LABOURERS STONED MOE OF 200 BRAWLERS VICTIMS THROWN INTO RIVER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Received 11.50 a.m. to-day. A DEI. AIDE, Aug. 27. A crowd of 20Q stoned wharf labourers at Port Adelaide. One of the assaulted men was thrown into the river. Another had seven stitches inserted in a scalp wound. An escorting constable was also thrown into the ltiver Torrens.
