COASTAL BOAT BREAKS DOWN
TOT AKA TOWED INTO PORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 26. The coastal boat Totara from Lyttelton had to be assisted into Wellington this morning, the engines having broken down when the ship was approaching the port. In response to a call the Union Company’s tug Natone went out to the disabled vessel and the Totara was berthed at 2.30 this afternoon .
