Cooper, £2 16s lOd; P. W. Looker v. E. Newlove, £ls 8s Id; Mortloc-k and Co. v. .G. He veil, £2O 13s Id; H. F. R.iley and Son v. L. Jackson, £2 7s 9d. I J UDGMENT SUMMONSES. Peru, Ngakahu was ordered to pay J. McGliie tne sum of £lB 13s 6d fortliwitli, in default eight days’ imprisonment. F. T. Nicholson. is to pay 11. Hardley and Son £6 6s 6dl immediately, in default five days’ imprisonment, and also llarrops, Ltd., the sum of £9 19s 3d forthwith, in default nine days’ imprisonment. S. Bridge secured an order against B. Ngakohu Pern lor the immediate payment of £9 18s 4d, in default nine days’ imprisonment. _ . Ais an alternative to the immediate payment to M. C. Gibson of £lO 10s, 10 clays’ imprisonment was the default penalty made against D'. P. Palmer. W. D. MoLauchlan is. to pay Dr Simmons the sum of £ll 7s 6d immediately. in default 10 days;’ imprisonment. F. Dodd is to pay E. Higgs the sum of £3 19s 6cl forthwith. in default four da vs’ imprisonment. Mor Flock and Co. secured an order against W. Wright for the payment of £9 19s sd. in default nine days’ imprisonment. W. El. Wright is to pay M. Gibbes the sum of £3 2s 3d, in default three days’ imprisonment.
