Hardley and Son £6 6s 6dl immediately, in default five days’ imprisonment, and also llarrops, Ltd., the sum of £9 19s 3d forthwith, in default nine days’ imprisonment. S. Bridge secured an order against B. Ngakohu Pern lor the immediate payment of £9 18s 4d, in default nine days’ imprisonment. _ . Ais an alternative to the immediate payment to M. C. Gibson of £lO 10s, 10 clays’ imprisonment was the default penalty made against D'. P. Palmer. W. D. MoLauchlan is. to pay Dr Simmons the sum of £ll 7s 6d immediately. in default 10 days;’ imprisonment. F. Dodd is to pay E. Higgs the sum of £3 19s 6cl forthwith. in default four da vs’ imprisonment. Mor Flock and Co. secured an order against W. Wright for the payment of £9 19s sd. in default nine days’ imprisonment. W. El. Wright is to pay M. Gibbes the sum of £3 2s 3d, in default three days’ imprisonment.
