SOVIET COMMENT. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) RIGA, Nov. 14. The Comintern (or Communist. International) has issued a manifesto warning Indian peasants and workers not to trust “ the 'lmperial lackeys posing as .the British Labour Government.” It urges the Indians to spurn all suggestions of Dominion status, and not.'.to await what the Imperialists olffer, but to take their destiny into their own hands, throw off British anile', anid establish a Government on Communist lines 1 .
