FINANCIAL FIRM’S FAILURE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph i Copyright.) Received 11 a.m. to-day. LONDON, Nov. 15. It is stated that the suspension of the firm of Horseman, Ltd., bankers, does not involve any public loss; it falls only on the members of the firm, and it is estimated that between £3,000,000 and £4,000,000 is involved.
