WRAGGE INSTITUTE DESTROYED. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June. 21. A fire at Birkenhead fast night destroyed 'the Wragge Institute, ;together with the whole of the late Clement Wragge’s meteorological instruments and- Polynesian curios. Tho building was a seven-roomed structure. A private . residence overlooking the institute >was not damaged, but many tropical trees in the grounds were burned or scorched.
