OTTAWA, May 15. Aimed ostensibly at the United States, but affecting Australian and New Zealand butter, an amendment to the Supply vote, moved by Dr. R. K. Anderson (Conservative), demands- antidumping duties to give immediate and effective control over the importation, either on sale or on consignment, on natural products of a class produced in Canada under conditions which prejudically or injuriously hurt qr threaten to affect the interests of Canadian producers.
