LONDON, May 15. The Cairo' correspondent of “The Times” states that after Nahas Pasha informed the Nationalist Abdel Bey that he had thanked Lord Lloyd for the British Government’s friendly sentiments in connection with interchanges regarding the ultimatum, Abdel Rey, who is seven feet in height, ascended the dais in the Chamber and attacked the Cabinet. Makran Bey, Minister of Communications, who is a diminutive man, heatedly interrupted, thumping his desk until liis sleeve links burst. The excitement grew, and Abdel Bey jumped down and grabbed Makran Bey. Ministers separated the ill-matched deputies. . . .. Ramadan Bey (Nationalist), alter an impassioned speech, declared that each Cabinet had lost something of Egypt’s sitting was suspended. After the resumption Abdel Bey apologised to Makran Bey, who accepted it amidst the Chamber’s expressions- of approval.
