The Dublin correspondent of “The Times” says that all sorts of negotiations are proceeding behind the scenes. Whether there will he a new Government entirely hinges on the attitude of the National League. Cantain Redmond is prepared to help the Labour Party and Fianna Failites to put out the Government, hut insists on earmarking certain Ministries for members of his party in the new Executive Council. Mr. Johnson, Leader of the Labour Party, however, obstinately refuses to commit himself to any advance agreement.
