MINERS’ FEDERATION.
REORGANISATION PLANS. SIGNIFICANT CHANGE PENDING BY CARLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION eoPYRIGH' LONDON, Aug. 15. The “Daily Express” says important plans for tlie reorganisation of the Miners’ Federation are being completed for submission to the executive for official approval. The change is likely to have great significance in the whole of the trade union movement. It indicates a return to mire industrialism by the Miners’ Federation, which hitherto has been more revolutionary man any other trade union. Likewise it would mean •restriction of the activities of Mr. A. J. Cook.
