As a result of investigations it is stated that the children 'have been kent. naked- from birth, and have never before been outside the flat in which thev lived. Their father, the dockworker. .is a batchelor of arts, and their nn-ther. the charwoman, a certificated teacher, both of whom are said to have fallen to their present condition through intemperance.
