Le Petit Parisien says: “Owing to the British coal strike, fonndaries at Trignae have lately been using coal from Essen. The German Government has ordered Essen not to supply more to Trignae. The management has informed the French Government that unless it obtains coal immediately it must dismiss a thousand workmen.”
