Mr. AY. T. Cosgra.ve tokl a D'aily 'News representative that the Irish Free State will assert that the Conference is an assembly of 00-equal, self-govern-ing States, and will seek to eliminate whait the terms ana,melons colonial usages, including Privy Council appeals. Sir Francis - Bell has joined Mr. 'Coates alb the Hotel Cecil., and will maintain the closest association with 'him throughout the Imperial Conference.
