(From Our Own Correspondent.) TOWN BOARD'. The monthly meeting of the Kaponga Town Board was held on Tuesday. All members being, present. Mr. M. Power waited on the board in reference to the eld cemetery road, asking that, if possible, the board, while working on that road, , should metal the second cutting. —lt was deckled that tlie works committee meet on Wednesday morning and see what can he done. Mr. Re-vell waited on the board in reference to the domain, suggesting tree planting and improve,men as. — It was decided to meet Mr. Revel! at tihe domain and discuss the question. Tenders for painting the inside- of the ante-rooms at the Town Hall were received, and Mr. Wiildis tender o-f £ll 14s was accepted. It was resolved that the hall piano should not he taken out o-f the hail at any future time on any account, and that none of the furniture he removed without authority in writing from, the town clerk. '
Owi use to the fi re at the power house, it was. decided that, the lighting of the park was out of the question at present.
The finance committee arranged to meet at the power house and decide about .re-roofing and possible addition to the building.
