Mrs. Soie wore 'a silk dress which she bought 60 years ago at a cost of 4s bd pei yard One of her sons, aged 68, commented on the beauty of a plate which was on the table, and was told that it was a little old-fashioned now, having been purchased six weeks before he was horn. —Herald.
