PLUNKET SOCIETY

ELTHAM- BRANCH

(From Our Own Correspondent.)

At the monthly meeting of the Eltham branch of the Plunket Society there were present: Mesdames Hawken (chair), Harrison, Drayton, Hary, Phillips, Ware, Wood, Bridger, J. Stewart, A. StewaTt, Stanners- and Weir. A donation of £1 was received- from Mrs Wood. Mesdames McCready and Morton were elected to membership. Regret was expressed at losing, the services of Mr Harrison, who lias auditor for the Society for several years, and the secretary ‘von instructed to write to him thanking him for liis services.

The secretary reported having . received a letter from the Stratford branch intimating that a flower show was being held on March 3 and 4 in connection. with the Society, which would be glad of any entries from Eltham

Arrangements' were then made to have a mannequin parade on March 24 and a special committee was appointed. ■
