ELECTION COURT CONSTITUTED. (By Telegraph.—Special to The Star.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 23. In connection with the Westland election petition by Mr. J. O’Brien, the former member," against Mr. Seddon’s return, Justices Stringer and Ostler have been appointed as an election court to hear the case.
