ENGLAND AND IRELAND DRAW. by cable—press association— copyrhigt LONDON, Oct. 25. The “soccer” match at Belfast between England and Ireland resulted in a draw, no score. The attendance was 31 000. The Irish forwards took part in many dashing rushes, but the English; were sounder in defence. In the second half olay was more energetic. The Irish forwards displayed fine spoiling work. The English forwards lacked combination, but towards the end improved. A draw was a fair reflex of the game. FALCON CUP FINAL. (by TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, Oct. 24. Playing in the Falcon Cup final, Thistle 3 beat Ponsonby nil. .
