EFFECT IN NEW ZEALAND. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT. Received June 11. 11.15 a.m. MELBOURN E. June 11. In the Commonwealth House of Representatives, referring to a question by Sir Austin Chapman, Mr. Gibson (Postmaster-General) said the reduction in New Zealand from a penny halfpenny to a penny postage had reduced the revenue £231,000.
