Painleve) told journalists that he was flying to Rabat (Morocco) in order to discuss with General Lyautey the best means for dealing with the arrogance of Abdul Krim. He would probably he away for four days. It is believed that the Government is disappointed at the progress of the campaign. It had anticipated that the Riffs would speedily be crushed. There has been some talk of changing the high command, ,the names of Generals Debeney arid Weygand being mentioned.
