The Evening Standard says that several Channel ports are choked with, goods, which are- being 'feverishly, dumped across in order to escape the reimposition of the McKenna duties, which come into force ..on July ,1. There are 30 truckloads of French motor cars at Folkstone. Customs are passing clocks and watches by the ton at Dover.—A. and N.Z. Assn.
