PROPOSED INCREASE. PROTEST FROM GREECE. * BALKAN PEACE ENDANGERED. BY GABLE PRESS ASSOCIATION —COP i RIGHT. Received April 28, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, April 27. The Athens corespondent or the Times states that the Government has protested to the French, British, and Italian Governments against the decision of the Ambassadors’ Conference authorising Bulgaria temporarily to increase its forces by 10,1X30 men, in view of the danger .of a Communist revolution. ■ > The Greek Government considers that Bulgaria's internal condition does not warrant the increase, and maintains mat the Communist peril in Bulgaria is grossly exaggerated, it argues that since the Tsankoff Cabinet is dominated by a military clique, any increase in the Bulgarian military strength endangers the Balkan peac-e. The Yugo-Slav Government has made a similar protest. —Times.
