ROUMANIA ON THE ALERT. B\ CABLE —PRESS A 3SOCIATION —COPYRIGHT LONDON, April ”6. The Bucharest correspondent of the Times says that Roumania is carefully watching* the events in Bulgaria. The. frontier guards have been reinforced and other precautions taken. Several communists attempting to enter Roumania were, handed over to the Bulgarian authorities. —Times. CYNICAL NEWSPAPER. LONDON, April 26. The Riga correspondent of the Times says that the newspaper Pravda, thus cynically comments on the Sofia explosiorf: “This machine of Hell showed itself stronger than holiness. The church which sanctified the Bulgarian Government fulfilled the purpose and killed some frenzied foes of the workmen and peasants. The paper adds that communists will not reproach the fighters merely with using wrong methods.— Times.
