In the Arbitration Court Mr. Justice Powers adjourned till Monday next the shipowners’- application for the deletion of the overtime clause of the existing award, stating that unless the Wj'andra at Brisbane and the Canberra at Sydney were manned, he would have to consider the disregistration of the union if such an application were made by the owners. SYDNEY, Dec., 15. Following on the receipt of Mr. Justice Powers’ decision in the Arbitration Court, the crew of the Can. berra decided to take the vessel to sea. The Canberra sailed, .at 10 p.in.
