EARLY RELEASE UNLIKELY. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT LONDON, Dec. 13. The Sunday Times states that the French Ministry has decided to ask the British authorities for further information regarding Captain Arthur (the: arrested aide-de-camp) before arriving at a decision. This means that the release which Arthur expected very shortly is unlikely for some time.
