There is polling in the Reichstag elections throughout Germany to-day. There have been no disturbances. The > indications are that the polling will be fairly' heavy, though not so heavy as that of last May. Decorated u etorcars, hands, etc.,' paraded the • street all day long. Women are appearing in large numbers at the polling booths. Minor conflicts occurred in Berlin and in the provinces, ' biit they were not attended with serious casualties. The results are being broadcasted, and crowds are gathering-at various points to watch the first returns’;' The final result will not- be known for somedays. ''
