Graham drove in drenching rain to the Foreign Office, where Mr Chamberlain had a cordial interview with Signor Mussolini!' H? was subsequently received by the King at the Quirinal, after'.which he was given ail official luncheon by Sir F. Graham. Most of the members of the Embassy were present. Mr Chamberlain and Sir F. Graham sat on the . right of 'the Queen and King respectively. Signor Mussolini was next to Lady Graham. Other guests included the -Crown Prince and the Duchess' of Aosta. _
