A despatch says that the arrested Communists in Paris are mostly Russians acting as officers of Red platoons which have been' organised throughout France. The Communists are reported to have installed three Wifeless transmitting stations near Paris ready to issue instructions ‘iii the event of a revolution. Further raids and’ arrests have been made in Marseilles. Lyons and Lille.
