An application by Cor teen, Tye and God by to restrain the Victorian Racing Club and the Victorian Amateur Racing Club from (enforcing the disqualification of Purser, and the counter summons of the Victorian Racing Club asking that action be dismissed was again befo-.w t) je court. Corteen, Tye and G -xlby, :n a joint affidavit, stated that- Purser was not backed in the Coongy Handicap, as he was a bad horse in the mud. Corteen also stated that the amount he had'on Purser in the Caulfield Cup was the smallest amount except one lie had ever had on the horse. The •' earing was adjourned.
