COMMUNISTS SENTENCED.

PENAL SERVITUDE FOR LIFE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT . LONDON, Nov. 27. The Riga correspondent of The Times says the trial of 149 Esthonian Communists at Reval ended in the court finding all guilty of conspiring to overthrow the constitution by violence, according to a programme prepared by the Third Communist International. The evidence showed that the Soviet Legation in Reval acted as intermediary for the transmission of instructions and money from Moscow. The court condemned 39, including five members of Parliament and five women, to life-long penal servitude. Seven were released, but the remainder were sentenced to varying terms of imprisonment. The trial lasted 18 days.
