TO PROMOTE GOOD FEELING. INTERNATIONAL MOVEMENT. BRANCHES TO BE FORMED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 29, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 28. At a gathering of leading tennis players in Britain it was decided to form an International Lawn Tennis Club, aiming purely at the promotion of international good feeling among the players of ail nations. The new club will in no wp y usurp or overlap existing organisations. It is hoped that branches will be formed in every tennis playing country. A committee was appointed, under the chairmanship of Sir Leonard Lyle, to carry out the idea.
