POSITION IN AMERICA. CONGRESSIONAL ELECTIONS. MAY DECIDE POLICY. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATIONWELLINGTON, Nov. 8. The N.Z. Alliance has received a cable stating that the “drvs” gained four Senators in the Congressional elections and twelve in the Lower House. The Alliance figures that- the “wets” will only have 114 out of 435 members in the. Congress, and 24 out of 96 in the Senate.
