THE IRAQ DISPUTE.

PROVISIONAL BOUNDARY. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT BRUSSELS, Oct. 29. The decision of the council of the League of Nations, to which the question of the status quo of the TurcoIraq. frontier was referred, is to establish a line whereby the British have given up the administration of a small tract, but do not evacuate anything, while the Turks evacuate isome villages. No strategically important place is affected on either side. Both parties have agreed to accept the decision of a neutral commission of three members, headed by Count Telecri (ex-Hungarian Premier), who will proceed to Mosul at the earliest possible moment to finally settle the frontier, to which this provisional line bears no relation.
