LEAGUE FORAIED. (by TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Oct. 22. A meeting, convened by the Auckland Advertising Club, formed a ’Dominion .Lourists Ti'ciiJic. Xje£iguG 3 wiLli headquarters at Auckland, to direct public and 1 official attention to the importance of a speedy’ development of tourist traffic, pending -a complete development'- .of- the scheme. Efforts will be made to encourage tourists from Australia and the East to. spread the traffic oyer a longer period in the .summer. It was suggested that the department be given appropriation rising from £25,000 to £IOO,OOO within the next five years to enable the best of copy work and designs to be used.
