■ f : SOLICITOR IN TROUBLE. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATIONWELLINGTON, Oct. 22. The Appeal Court struck James Lockwood Brady, solicitor, of ’Auckland,,off the rolls for misappropriation of £IOO, the property of a client. Mr. Von Haast appeared for the Law Society and Mr. A. W. Blair for Brady.
