In moving the second reading of the Boundary Bill, Mr. Cosgrave, in the Dail, said had the recent pronouncements by the British signatories to the treaty been made at the time of the negotiations there would not- have been any Irish signatories to the Treaty, but Ireland had made a treaty with the British nation which, through, Parliament, had carefully carried out its part. The Labour Leader, Mr. Johnson, in moving the rejection,, said that Feeth am could not possibly be rh impartial chairman, even though he might do his best with every desire to be fair and honest. The House of Lords had done their best to ensure that The decision of the tribunal should be predetermined.
