BILL INTRODUCED. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Oct. 15. The Railways Authorisation Bill was introduced in the House yesterday. In reply to a question, the Hon. J, G. Coates said the Bill authorised the construction of the fallowing railways: (1) Lawrence-Roxburgh, (2) Rotorua-Taupe, (3) Dargaville-North Island ' Main Trunk, (4) Wellington-New Plymouth (Tawa Flat deviation), (5) WellingtonNapier (Rimutaka deviation), (6)■ Well-ington-Napier (Lower Hutt Valley duplication), (7) East Coast Main Trunk, (8) Kaipara-Waikato.
