SEPTEMBER QUARTER. Other details are: Number of cases heard in chambers 9 (14), plaints entered 361 (325), distress warrants issued 64 (38), warrants of .committal 10 I), warrants of arrest 0 (0), summenses .and other processes served bv the bailiff 281 (247), warrants executed by the bailiff 16 (14). Seven new pensions claims were granted (8), one was refused (0), and six are pending (8)." Fifty-eight renewals were granted' (54), none were refused (0), and 10 arq. pending (11).
