BANK OF ENGLAND TO MOVE. LONDON, Sept. 23. After three centuries of continuous operation, the Bank of England is closing its Threadneedle Street- premises in November. Pending rebuilding, it has acquired for two- years a seven-storeyed block in Finsbury Circus, to Avhich it will remove, in ho.Tse-draAA T ’n lorries, £128,000,000 worth of gold bars and coins, and £125,000,000 Avorth of securities.
