TWOFOLD PURPOSE SERVED,
CABLE— PKIHS * SHOOT A TTOIT—COPYRIGHT . LONDON, Sept. 10. The Lister Association claims that the statements in Lord Birkenhead’s letter served a two-fold purpose.
