SPANISH REINFORCEMENTS. SY GABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION--COPYAIGHV-LONDON, Sept. 4. The Tangier correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that reinforcements from Spain are constantly arriving at Ceuta and Tetuan, on the coast of Morocco, increasing the strain on the commissariat and transport departments.
