SI CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, LONDON, Aug. 26. Jim Larkin received an ovation on his return to Dublin from Moscow-. He said the Third International had appointed 25 men, including himself, to govern the world. The Soviet army was ready to march to the support of the Irish workers, and Russian ships would shortly arrive in Dublin harbour.
