OPERA HOUSE TO-NIGHT. ‘ ‘ MISSING MILLIONS. ’ ’ “Missing Millions,’’ the new Paramount picture starring Alice Brady, which was placed on view at the Opera House last night, is an exciting “crook” story, with riiost of the crookedness based on a terrible injustice—the “railroading” of a man to his death in prison. Vengeance follows, in the looting of gold from one of the ships of the man responsible for the injustice. Miss Brady, as Mary Dawson, daughter of a reformed crook, ami David Powell, as Boston Blackie, carry out the plan, but, as a result, Mary is called upon to face a big problem and to make a noble sacrifice. The production abounds in action which is most thrilling. This is a photoplay as distinct as its flattering reception last night indicates. The supporting • programme includes a Johnny Hines’ comedy “Torehy Turns Cupid,” a Burton Holmes’ Travelogue, and the latest Paramount Gazette.
