Interest is growing in the Young Peopleus Club recently formed at Manaia. The aim of the promoters is to inculcate right' ideals of citizenship and give some souiyj instruction regarding the duties ami privileges of *a. citizen. A second conT.deration is the prevision of suitable social fellowship. A varied programme has been prepared, to which Hawera civic leaders have promised to contribute. The subiect for the next meeting on Monday. July, 7, is “Rules of Health,” Dr. Wright, of Manaia, being the speaker. All vounn- people are invited to attend.
