Students and bands escorted his motor-car to the Custom House, where a great number J of officials were waiting Roth the outgoing Governor and Lady Plumer were greatly moved as they embarked in the Admiral’s vachfc Bryonv and steamed out of the Grand Harbour escorted by flotillas of shore craft past the famous bastions of the Kniahts black with cheering crowds, while hands played and guns fired a- last salute.
