A BANKRUPT LORD. XY CABLI—PEIBB ABBPCIAVION —COPYRIGHT LONDON, June 27. Lord Loughborough has filed a petition in bankruptcy. His liabilities are set down at £18,120 and his assets are nil. Lord Loughborough gave evidence that his bankruptcy was due to extravagance in 1916, which he was unable to justify. His father then paid his debts, amounting to £II,OOO, and in 1921 liis father paid a further £9OOO. His present income was £1 a day. His wife possessed a separate income of £2OOO and she kept up the household. WORLD FLIGHT. DELHI, June 28. Captain MacLftren, the British aviator who is endeavouring to circle the globe, has arrived at Tavoy in Lower Burma.
