A message from Athens states that the British fleet, under Admiral Sir Osmond De Beauvoir Brock on arriving there for the purpose of signifying the of normal relations, found a crisis in the Greek army and navy, the officers of which had been demonstrating against the Minister'of Marine on the ground of favouritism in appointments. Many had been sent to prison, and consequently the reception of the British lacked the expected felicitations. A Government crisis is developing and a military- dictatorship is threatened -
