BRITISH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. LONDON, June 24. The qualifying stages of the British open golf championship have concluded. All the British end American players qualified. Taylor 142 and Gadd 147 led the respective fields, Havers following. Taylor with 146. the next best cards being: Tolley, French, Boomer 149, Duncan 151, Wethered 155, Hagen 156, Barnes and Nichols 157. At Roylake, Frank Bell followed Gadd with 148, other good scores being: Compston 150, Saracen 151. Braid 152, McDonald, Smith. Mitchell 153, C. Whitcombe 104, and Ray 157. Those who did not qualify include Oaken den, Yardon, Douglas, Grant, and the Spaniard Delatorre.
