A WOMAN SHOT.
DEATH FROM INJURIES. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT SYDNEY, June 18. Mrs; Flint, the victim of the Cowra tragedy, has succumbed to her injuries. A cable on June 12 stated: A quarter-caste aboriginal named Ryan called on a married woman, Mrs. Grace Flint, who- was living at Cowra, apart from her husband. After a brief altercation he fired three revolver shots, hitting her in the throat, chest and head. A man named Flynn, who attempted to disarm Ryan, was wounded in the shoulder and thigh, though not seriously. The police later found Ryan’s body with a bullet in the temple.
